  • 1:1 Coaching – certified, experienced coaching support for managers seeking to build leadership skills. The process begins with an intake meeting between HR Know-How and the sponsor. It is followed by consultation between HR Know-How and the manager. Based upon those engagements a customized plan is developed. The plan is a blend of actions unique to the manager and proven instruments by industry leaders.
  • Team Building Workshops – an effective option whether you are looking for a fun, engaging event that fosters team building or whether you are facing challenges such as significant change or internal friction in your group. It is a non-threatening way to engage team members and gain insights – a great foundation from which to move forward.

Imagination@Work is a collection of insights from industry leaders about new ways to imagine what is possible at work, on teams, and in our own careers. Lisa Johnson’s chapter, “Managing Compliance with Confident Communications“, includes guidance to taking the fear out of difficult employee relations situations so managers can lead with confidence and communicate with clarity.
